FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- The duration of the catering service shall be a maximum 5 hours from the reserved time. If an extension of catering services is desired, this must be arranged before the scheduled event date and may be accommodated provided ample time is allowed. An additional Php600/hour is assessed for extensions.
- No refunds are permitted if orders are overestimated, and Nacho King! will not be penalized if actual orders exceed what is ordered – we may or may not have excess inventory on hand.
- Cancellation is required 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Same day cancellations will only receive 50% refund.
- Nacho King! shall not be liable for any damage or injury caused to the customer, customer’s guest except if such damage or loss is due to the fault or gross negligence of Nacho King! employee. In any event, the liability of Nacho King! for any damage or injury caused to the customer or any of the customer’s guest shall not exceed Php500.
- FULL PAYMENT should be made in cash 7 days before the party date.
- Catering reservation should be at least one week before the event date.
